InterNicに届けてあるメールアドレスを変更するにはどうすれば
いいのでしょう。(adminstrative contact / billing contactの
e-mail adress)
(1)rs.internic.netの解説を読んでいるとe-mail adress
本人からのメールなら変更してくれるように書いてありますが?
(2)クライアントの分のメールアドレスを変更をsupport@digiweb
に頼んで、そしてさらに督促したら
> The modification of a domain could take anywhere from a week to
>two weeks. You can possibly write to them if you have recieved the NIC
>number from them. We have not gotten any word from them about the status
>of your domain info so as of now we can not tell you anything. As soon
>as we find out about your domain we will let you know.
という返事がきました。どうやら督促のメールを受けてから手続きを
してくれたようです??
ドメイン名の時のようなトラッキングナンバーとかはないのでしょうか?
InterNICにメール出すにしても、自分自身の分ではなくてクライアントの
分なので「何々の件」というふうにreferしにくいので、どうしたもんかと
思っています。
