その手順でうまくいくかどうか私はわかりません・(-_-)
（なんでもそうですが聞く人によっていろいろなこといいますよね）
とりあえず私のやった手順を書いておきますので参考にして下さい・

上のＦＡＱのＮＯ．２５の手順通りにすすめました。
ＦＡＸ認証の書類がプリントできたら、公証人役場にいきました。
運転免許書を提示して、公証人役場の女子事務員の面前で
Signedのところに 藤田浩由 と漢字でサインして・
Nameのところに hiroyoshi Fujita とローマ字でサインしました。
公証人の面前でお金を払いました(-_-) 11500円なり・
インターニックに送ったものは・
１枚目・ＦＡＸ認証の用紙（サインしたやつ）−Ａ４サイズ
２枚目・１枚目の裏−割り印がおしてあったので念のため・
これの余白にインターニックから郵便できていた支払完了通知を貼り付けました。
３枚目・日本語のサイン証明（公証人役場でもらったやつ）−Ｂ４サイズ
４枚目・英文のサイン証明というか、３枚目の英訳文（公証人役場でもらったやつ）
それぞれにペンでインターニックからきていたトラッキングＮＯを書いておきました。
ですので、パスポートとか運転免許書とかはＦＡＸで送っておりません。
ＦＡＸを送ってちょうど７日ほどで下のような通知がメールできまして
半日ほどでWHOISも変更されておりました。
